Whats The Difference Between Female And Male Sunglasses?

I bought some sunglasses with the seller telling me that he thinks of the sunglasses as a “men’s style” sunglasses. However, I am unsure and I just want to know the difference between them, or is there no way to tell?

The shapes and colors, I guess, unless they’re unisex. Feminine sunglasses usually have tortoise shell or another feminine color, like pink, magenta, purple, etc.

Most Sunglasses are Unisex but you can definitely tell women’s sunglasses from either the color (pink and gold and whatnot) and the fact that a lot of them contain very oversized rectangles for the lenses.

I have no problem with that….. I guess that any of sunglasses styles is for both male and female.
That is the most pathetic respond…

There seems to be some common trends that separate guys and girls shades nowadays. Currently, you see alot of girls shades being more circular shaped. I haven’t really seen many girls wearing square or other shaped glasses on the beach. Thanks to trend-setters like paris and nicole, girls shades seem to be getting bigger and bigger in size also. I do most of my shopping for sunglasses at skate places like zumiez, pacsun, etc…The type of guys shades they sell are usually far smaller than the current girls glasses. A common style for guys shades now is the aviators (the type of sunglasses Jackass’s Johnny Knoxville usually wears). Guys shades, although they can be circular, are more often straight across the top.
