What Are The Best Products For Severely Damaged Hair?

I aws told Kerastase but then some people say it’s no better than the regular L’oreal Vive which makes my hair feel gross… What do you suggest? Is it worth spending the money at a salon for the “good” products or is there really nothign that works?

The very best thing you can do for you hair is to use essntial oil treatments. Essential oils are directly absorbed into keratin (which is what are hair and nail are made of) and they have a unique ability to penetrate the cuticle and cortex layers of the hair. Other products cannot facilitate true hair repair because they do not have the ability to be absorbed by the hair.

    Hope this helps
