i’ve been told 3 different ratio’s but can’t find any info to support any of them. I also want to add a creative colour mix to intensify the colour, so do i allow more lotion to the ratio?

my salon recommended goldwell- called elumen. does any one have personal experience with this product line. please help

i have dyed my hair with Goldwell Elumen high fashion colours for months, my whole hair is PK Elumen. The salon which i get it from says its very hard to remove due to the bulid up. bleaching WONT remove it:( anyone any ideas…. I also heard the products are being disscontuined….
