I like Kerastase but it is SO expensive!

I have been using Halo shampoo for fine, thin, colored hair and have found it is way too expensive to continue use. I need advice on what would be comparable at a local Walgreen’s, etc.

I have dark, dark brown eyes. If you aren’t looking closely- they appear black. My skin tone is slightly pale, I don’t know what hair color I should go for. What do you suggest? I’d also love andy make-up suggestions. Thanks!

I just recently got my hair highlighted again and my stylist suggested to me to not use a stripper shampoo or conditioner, because my color never last long. How do I know which ones will enrich the color of my hair and which ones will damage the color? Please help.
