Your skin looks dull? You have swelling, traces of fatigue under the eyes, wrinkles? Do not be scared, make your skin beautiful, it’s easy and styleizing.com is here to help you!

At this age, the recovery process in the cells markedly reduced, the skin loses its tone by slowing the synthesis of collagen, so the first wrinkles appear.  Only moisturize the skin – it is not enough.  It still needs to be restored and protected.
Your skin care should be everyday skin care.  If you want to look young – do not be lazy!  Only fifteen minutes in the morning and in the evening every day – it is not so difficult, right? You can see the results on your face!

Styleizing.com asked skin-care professionals to formulate eight «golden» rules of skin care after 30 years.  Are you interested how to look young?

• Rule one: If you don’t want to have swollen face in the morning -  reduce the amount of drinking fluid before going to bed. Sure, you can have a cup of tea, a glass of mineral water or juice to drink, but not later than two hours before sleep.  In that case, all the excess liquid will get a chance to leave your body before sleep.

• Rule two: Visit your beautician/ cosmetologists at regular basis, at least once a month. Professional skin care is very important.

• Rule three:  Twice a year try to get a lymph drainage massage for the face.  Usually, one course consisted of five to seven sessions.  Following these procedures improves the blood vessels; skin looks noticeably younger, skin tone is increased, small wrinkles disappear for a couple of months, especially in the areas around lips. If you don’t have time to visit beauty salon, then once a week after clarifying masks do face massage carefully by yourself. Ask your beautician how to do it at home.

• Fourth Rule:  Protective creams should be always on your dresser!  Choose those that make your skin produce more collagen in the cells.  These creams «pushed» wrinkles from the inside smoothing skin texture, strengthen its lipid barrier, improve the condition.
Nourishing cream is better to use if you have dry or very dry skin.  Cream should include antioxidant vitamins A, E, C, and vitamin F, which removes an irritation and eliminates the sense of dryness.

• Fifth Rule:  All of your creams, as well as decorative cosmetics should contain SPF-filter.  Protecting the skin from ultraviolet rays is especially important if you have the whole day sitting at the computer.
• Rule Six:  Do not avoid buying face serums!  But they must be used together with the cream. The concentration of biologically active components is much higher in serums, than in creams, they go deeper into the skin layers.  To avoid overdosing your skin with different components, use serums just twice a year as a course – fall and spring. Ideally apply serum before cream applying in the morning or in the evening.

•  Rule Seventh: Twice a week use your favorite face mask.  There are clarifying mask (for oily skin with white or blue clay), reducing wrinkles masks, toning and moisturizing masks.
These masks are typically includes collagen, vitamins of group B, vitamin A, E, minerals and fruit acids.  All these components are taking care of your skin; nourish it, feed moisture and tone.
If you have combination skin, you can use two masks at the same time: for example, for oily skin areas use clarifying mask for oily skin, for dry skin areas – use masks for dry skin. Rejuvenating masks and any masks with lifting effect you shouldn’t use often that once every two weeks.  The concentration of active components in these masks are very high, the skin can get used to it and stop react. Or, even worse, you can get an allergy.  You need to be very careful with removing masks off you skin, do not stretch it!

• Rule eight:  Skin care around the eyes should be special.  All skin changes caused by age are very noticeable especially under the eyes.  Choose the right products, depending on the problem you want to get rid of.  For example, there are some eye creams with a lifting effect, creams anti-puffiness, the creams fighting dark circles under the eyes …  Regular creams you using for your face are not appropriate for around eyes use, because in this area skin is three times less thick than the rest of the skin and much more sensitive. There are no skin-cells producing oil, it means – around eye skin area is less protected from the bad influence of the environment.  Buying cream under your eyes, make sure this product is hypoallergenic.  This will help you to avoid possible allergic reactions.

omolozhenie Tips:

•  Do not use you night face cream and under the eye cream right before bedtime!  Such creams contain a lot of moisturizing components, so give them enough time to absorb into the skin; otherwise your morning face will look swollen.
Apply moisturizer in 40 minutes before sleep.  Use soft tissue to absorb excess cream.

• Ask your doctors about vitamins. Don’t forget to take it regularly. Your skin really needs them.

•  Wash your face with cold mineral water in the morning.

• Taking care of your face, do not forget about your neck and hands.  These areas easily showing any bad changes caused by age. Use the same face cream to take care of your neck.  Do special exercises once a week: in front of the mirror strain your neck muscles and pull up the head.  Relax.  Again straining.  Do it 10-15 times.
