Is Kerastase The Best Remedy For Dry, Wavy & Thick Hair?

Some Kerastase products (like Elixir Serum) claim to make unruly (not to mention aesthetically unpleasant) hair more manageable.
For those who have tried ‘em, are they really that effective? I’m not aiming for sleek straight hair but I’d definitely love to break free from the hassle of tying my hair up in a pony every single day.
Need your help. Badly. Thanks so much!!
