How Can I Make My Own Colored (non Permanent) Mascara Or Hair Mascara?

I want to have a colored hair mascara for my hair and colored mascara for my eyes. I know I can buy those colored mascaras or hair mascaras at the stores or online, but I would like to make my own.
So how can I make my own non permanent colored hair mascara? What ingredients should I buy?

dont put any chemicals or materials near your eyes, maybelline is cheap, just go and buy some, it’s been tested and wont harm you.
This is easy. My sister did it all the time and it’s quite inexpensive too. Just go to your local store and by a bottle of India ink in whatever color you desire. Apply it liberally wherever you want in your hair (it will fade out alot after your first shower) and you’re set.
