I haven’t tried Toppik but I’ll tell you exactly what I did try: birth control pills. I don’t swallow them, I grind them up and put them in my shampoo.
I put an entire package of birth control pills in a large bottle of shampoo. My hair stylist said it makes your hair thicker and it’s helping. At first, I couldn’t see much difference then I noticed it was growing faster than usual and now I can see it’s thicker and not breaking as easily as it used to.
I know, sounds weird, but it worked for me…. maybe because I’m in my 40′s and my hormones were out of whack but by hairstylist says it works for anyone.
