Chi Hair Products Help?

ok i bought 2 chi products today. i dont no if i put them in when my hair is wet, damp, or dry. the products are:
Silk Infusion: silk reconstricting complex
Keratin Mist: leave-in strenghtening treatment
the directions just say hair not damp wet or dry. can u help me? thanks.

   I have silk infusion and I LOVE it! Use just a tiny bit. Like really not too much because itll get oily. I put it in my hair when it’s towel dried and it does the trick. When it’s dry, it gets kind of icky

   ok the keratin leave in is sprayed on TOWEL DRIED hair and brush it through and the silk infusion can be used on damp hair before blowdrying or on dry hair to finsih style and get rid of frizz
