American Crew Vs. Joico?

Ok, I;ve been trying to get this straigh.
I mean, I have a little look of Edward Cullen, but I dont want it to look that way. I want to be able to be my “own” sense of style (if you know what I mean).
Anyway, I went to the hair cutters (stylers, what ever) a couple of weeks ago, and I saw a new advertisement for Joico – It was black or silver ( i forget). Anyway, the guy on it, had almost the style of edward cullen, only longer, and it didn’t curl, it was like sleek and straight.
Edwarc Cullen’s style is messy as in “tangled” (and it kinda looks try too), but this guy had messy hair (in the sense that it was spiked at random places, but not like he just got out of bed).
I’ve been using American Crew Fiber, but it doesn’t hold, and it doesn’t give that sleek, wet, shiny look.
So if anyone has suggestions, please! Also, if you’ve seen that new advertisement, youk now what I’m talking about!!!
